The Gin Kings have regained their winning stint after they have beaten their ultimate rival, Alaska Aces.
Its not an easy game for Ginebra. Their opponent have weakened their defense and outdo them in the offense. The Aces, which is the toughest team in the season, have Casio and Abueva that led the team in their journey on top. The duo have almost outwit the twin towers of Ginebra, yet the powering attacks in both center and the side court have brought the Kings to retain their momentum.
Ginebra have almost used their alas just to regain their winning track. Tenorio led the game with his impressive shoots. Yeo might not have shown alot of three points, but he remarked for his ninja moves by getting the ball into the basket from a crucial blocking. The veterans, Caguioa and Helterbrand, assisted the team as point guard together with Baracael, Mamaril, and Reyes. Also, the team’s towers like Ellis, Aguilar and Slaughter have strengthened the defense that gave opportunities in the offense.
The team had already four losses. Their bouts with San Miguel and Meralco were an almost victory while in NLEX and Globalport were not too impresive games as Ginebra had struggled communicating with their fellow players.
But, one thing is for sure with Ginebra, they have remained their never say die attitude- a cliche that once again proven in their bout with the Aces.
